Project Agora’s holding company TDG amongst the top 10 Best Places to Work in Greece for 2022

TDG has been included in the list of the top 10 Best Workplaces™ 2022 For Medium Sized Workplaces (50 up to 250 employees)   

Project Agora’s holding company ThinkDigital Group (TDG) is among the best workplaces to work in Greece and are proudly included in the list of the top 10 Best Workplaces™ 2022, in the category “50 up to 250 employees”, according to the annual survey of the “Great Place to Work” organization. 

The recognition follows the certification of TDG for the second consecutive year as a Great Place to Work® Hellas and is a testament to TDG’s commitment to creating an engaging and radically candid environment. 

Indicative highest scores for TDG were the 99% score given by its employees regarding the fair treatment regardless of sexual orientation and race and the 98% approval rate for feeling well-informed about the safety measures and covid policies.  

According to the evaluation committee, TDG is a workplace where thanks to the people training and development programs and the open communication culture, new employees can develop their creativity. A diverse number of people focused activities take place throughout the year. The information exchange greatly involves middle management, and this is yet another factor that creates a successful work environment.
